South Bay Building Inspections has been providing comprehensive home and building inspection services for over 35 years. Each inspection is conducted personally by, owner and founder, Alan Ferguson. Our services are available for all types of residences including single family homes, multiple family units, and condos. Commercial building structures include shopping centers, offices, hotels, hi-rises, and industrial spaces.

for construction consultations.

     * review potential design ideas and blueprints,
        noting what key factors need to be considered
     * oversee projects being done by contractors
        on behalf of the owner or builder
     * act as a liaison doing periodic checks on the actual
        work to ensure everything is up to par.
